一応、古漬けの野沢菜ですが、しょっぱくも無ければ酸味も穏やかです。言い換えれば、凄く上品な味。こーゆー言い方はあまり好きじゃないんですが、どんな料理でも邪魔にならない、そんな奥ゆかしさの様な感じです。だからこそ飽きずに食べられる。良い物はそーゆーもんです。
